First Class? What to bring
Please come about 15 minutes early so you can get to know our space and go over the required training on the equipment we use. Mat and Grip Socks are REQUIRED. Water and a hand towel are suggested.
Don't Have Mat/Grip Socks?
Mats and Grip socks are REQUIRED! We sell many different styles of grip socks in studio,
we carry size XS-XL. Mats are also available for sale, and we have Manduka Pro Mats for Rent for $5.
I'm New, What class do I start with?
All of our classes are considered Beginner Level, however some classed would be considered "easier" than others. Please consider HIIT PILATES OR LIIT PILATES as your first class.
Can I pause my membership?
Please refer to your specific agreement for details. We will always pause your membership for injury or illness with doctors note. We will honor specific circumstances, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Late Cancel Fee/ No Show Policy
A Member will incur a fee of $15, for every occurrence, if she/he makes an appointment for a SweatLogic class and does not show up, or fails to cancel the class appointment at least twelve (12) hours before the start of the class.
A Class Card Holder will lose a class from her/his package, for every occurrence, if she/he makes an appointment for a SweatLogic class and does not show up, or fails to cancel the class appointment at least twelve (12) hours before the start of the class.
How Hot is Hot?
All of our classes are heated between 85 and 95 Degrees. We heat the room to support healthy muscle movement and to encourage your body to sweat and avoid injury. WE DO NOT EXPECT THE HEAT TO DO THE WORK FOR YOU!
Small Group? Semi-Private?
Small Group Classes: Barre, HIIT/LIIT Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and TRX.
Semi-Private Classes: Warm Reform
