Bring your mat, a towel, water, and your grip socks.
AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR GRIP SOCKS AND BRING A MAT?
Yes, you must bring grip socks and a mat. We do rent mats for $5. We do also have economical options for purchase available at the studio. We highly suggest you air dry your socks so the "grip" lasts longer.
I AM A STUDENT AT THE CLAREMONT COLLEGES. HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES I REGISTERED FOR?
